Shipping Policy

At Gordon's Flags, every flag is handcrafted to order, so please read the below alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on timings.

Processing Time
As each flag is individually handcrafted once ordered, please allow 3–5 working days for your flag to be made before it's dispatched. During busier periods (e.g. Christmas, Father's Day), processing times may be slightly longer, we'll do our best to keep you updated if this affects your order.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery within the UK typically takes 5–9 working days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your flag has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Delays
While we aim to hit our stated timeframes, occasional delays can happen with courier services, especially during busy periods or bad weather. We'll always let you know if we expect your order to be delayed.
